I had the opportunity to sit down with Lisa Qualls from LightThread and Kerstin Deppe from the Patricia Seybold Group in Kansas City to discuss some of the social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook. We discuss how they are using these tools to develop business and personal relationships and the security concerns that occur when putting personal information on the Internet.
